We went to Spain to visit my sister in August.  We went South of Valencia to Altea to stay near the ocean.  The photos I have are of a day trip we did to a castle that was near there. 

My brother in law is a wonderful cook and made us many great dinners.  I have included an example of one of them.  How spoiled we are when we visit Spain!

The last photo was of the Spanish horchata.  It is not like the Mexican horchata that we are familiar with here which is made with rice.  It is horchata de chufa which is made from tigernuts.  It was delicious!
